The Tatiana knee pads are amazing! I my knees feel so protected in them. They glide absolutely beautifully on the floor or stage, without wearing at all on the actual knee pad. The exposed back is huge so the pole grip behind the knees is perfect. They do not move or slide up/down off the knee. My size was true to the measurements however they did arrive a little too small. Initially I thought I had ordered the wrong size, but they stretched over about 2 weeks and then have remained fitting 100% perfectly. After about 6 months of use, they are well worth the money and look as new as the day I bought them! Can't wait for more colours

I've always suffered with floorwork since I have a very low pain tolerance but with these kneepads I feel absolutely nothing. I can do a lot of knee drops and other tricks without any pain. So comfortable! I will buy the latte as soon as they're out

I've been consistently buying dancer kneepads for anywhere between $30-40 each for years so when I saw these, I thought the splurge was too much. However, after testing the performance from a friend (Dru), I was stunned by how well these worked. I love to do heels choreo and so much of it trashes your knees from rolls to kips to drops. No matter how hard I land on my knees, I don't feel the pain. I've lent mine to other girls in class and they bought them after trying mine. They really do live up to the hype.

I was a bit reluctant to invest in these knee pads initially because they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other brands, but they are worth every cent! Don’t even try to compare them! I have very sensitive knees and they’ve given me the freedom to enjoy everything from hours of floorwork to drops without fear of hurting myself. They slide amazingly on the floor and the open back means there’s still fantastic grip on the pole. I don’t think I’ve had any bruising on my knees at all since I bought them. Initially I thought they were too small, but they really do stretch and mould to your knees so in my experience, they were true to size from the size guide. I no longer wear any other knee pads and cannot wait for more colours!

Plenty of knee pads and their brands are expensive, they claim they will do what they will say and it becomes quite costly when you’re trying to find the right one that gives you the correct support.

I had a prior knee injury that was constantly exacerbated by poor quality knee pads and would often go home with very sore knees and the next day would be the worse of it.
The Kneepads from TA have not flared up my injury and have helped me recover safely that I can dance with no limits!
I also sweat a lot through my knees and they don’t stick to the floor after an hour.
Following the cleaning directions are important for long lasting wear.
The only con is that we need a nude/beige color option!!!!!

I initially bought the kneepads without the Boost + Protection. The stock D3O padding that is included in the knee pads are great and have made my sketchy newbie kip landings pain free. With the Boost + Protection I feel nothing, even while forcefully kneeing a concrete floor trying to elicit some sort of sensation in the knees. Nothing at all! Definitely recommend the kneepads with the additional thinner pads to land all the exotic hard acrobatic tricks fearlessly and for those who do intensive floorwork. So save some money and just get the set.

Went on a knee pad hunt after my friend injured herself and knowing I cannot afford to hurt my knees. I tried the gel knee pad for basic dance, while they are good, they are nothing like the comfort I get from Tatiana knee pads! I'm a baby at kipping and frequently land wrongly or wrong spot, the triple foam covers the entire knee! Giving me the needed confidence to go again!
I do need to relearn my climbs and tricks as I'm not use to having knee pads on but that shouldn't be a problem for any professional or experience pole dancers (I only done pole for 1 year!)

These are by far the best knee pads I’ve used. The cover my whole knee and the padding is thick and feels like it will hold up really well with time and use. The most common issue I’ve had in the past with knee pads is that they either don’t cover my whole knee and I always end up with bruises somewhere, or the padding squishes down over time and becomes useless. I’ve also had knee pads with absurdly thick padding which is impractical and looks awful. These knee pads seem to solve all these issues for me!!

These knee pads are amazing! Not just for pole dancing or dancing in general. I've used these knee pads for rollerskating and snowboarding and let me tell you all, best investment ever! I have banged my knees very hard on concrete floors and very hard ice/snow and didn't hurt my knees. I 1000% percent recommend them! I wish Tatiana sells padded shorts too with the same properties as their knee pads.

I love to dance and kneepads is one of the most important item for me when i go for dance/pole classes. I have tried several types of material/filling of the kneepads such as paddings, forms and gel. These material worn out fast and not thick enough to protect my knees, which I need to change them regularly. Bought the TA kneepads since they launched and used it regularly for about 2 months. So far the padding still in good shape and sturdy, absorbing the force nicely as the surface it big enough to cover my kneecads when i kipped or dropped. Fabric that covered the padding is soft and very breathable. The silicon strips that found on the top of the inner circumference works very well, i do not need to keep adjusting my kneepads when i train, it stay on my knee most of the time. I bring the kneepads with me when i go overseas holiday to do dance classes. It is light and easy to carry. Highly recommended for everyone and really value for money.
