TATIANA Active Wear is an Australian based pole wear brand and all our products are shipped from SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA. All orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are provided solely as a guideline and are subject to change. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas. 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Flat Rate of $8.50. Orders will arrive within 1-10 business days.

AUSPOST EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Flat rate of $12. Orders will generally arrive 1-3 business days.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any Express Shipping guarantees. This is still the faster alternative to Standard Shipping should you select this.

FREE SHIPPING > $200 AUD 

Orders over the value of $200 within Australia will receive complimentary Standard Shipping – select Free Shipping at check out.

DHL EXPRESS COURIER 

Flat rate of $30. Orders will generally arrive next business day to metro areas. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for regional areas.

EXTRA NOTES

Australia Post assume ‘Authority to Leave’ on all packages so your parcel will generally be left in a safe place if you are not home. Tatiana Active is not liable for any lost parcels.

To be safe, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a free parcel locker – they have 650 locations Australia wide.

International orders have the option of being delivered with tracking via standard or express methods:

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post International Registered Post. 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders can be shipped via Australia Post International Express or DHL Express.

TRACKING

Upon receipt of payment and orders, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. The link provided will take you directly to the AusPost track website with your tracking number automatically entered. Don’t forget to check your junk mail/spam folder!

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply in different countries, for which TATIANA ACTIVE cannot take responsibility. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon delivery of the order. TATIANA ACTIVE is unable to advise on, or have any control over customs charges.

Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.

 

SALE ITEMS

For all sale items purchased, you have the option to either:

  1. Request an exchange
  2. Send the item(s) back for a store credit (complete the full refund process below and once we receive your items, a store credit will be applied to your account)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your pole wear so we have a no questions asked refund and exchange policy as long as items are returned and shipped back to us within 14 days of your order arriving for full priced items.

  • Items received outside 14 days from the date it was delivered will incur a $10 restocking fee.
  • If you received free shipping and wish to return >50% of the items in your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  4. You will then receive an email on how to send back your item.
  5. Once item has reached us, we will process the refund within 1 business day.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • the goods were purchased at full price
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
  • the goods are returned within 14 working days of received date
  • it was purchased via our website

We do not refund the original shipping charges nor the shipping charges back to Head Office.

Late returns:

  4. Select the product/size you wish to exchange for and click submit
  5. Purchase our subsidised Exchange Return Shipping ($12) by clicking here as this covers shipping both ways
  6. Please allow 1 business day for us to send you an exchange shipping label and instructions on how to send back. (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk!)
  7. Exchange will be posted once original has been received

Late returns:

  • Items received outside 14 days from the date it was delivered will incur a $10 restocking fee.

  3. Select items you wish to exchange.
  4. Then select the product/size you wish to exchange for and click submit.
  5. We will then need to approve the request.
  6. We will then contact you directly to purchase a subsidised $15 AUD shipping label to send the exchange to you.
  7. You will then need to send the item back to Australia at your own cost.

Sometimes things may come with human stitching flaws 🙁 So we will provide you with a refund for items that:

  • are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • have been wrongly described;
  • are different to the goods that you ordered;

Email us right away and we will get a replacement or refund out to you right away. Please make sure you do this within 14 days of receiving your pole wear. If a refund is approved, the refund (including shipping costs for faulty items) will be applied to the original method or purchase.
