Yes — store credit and gift cards can still be used to pay for your order.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone. We produce in small batches to keep quality high (and waste low), so don’t wait around.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch due to high volumes. Our founder is also currently adjusting to first-time mum life (💛) so we do sincerely ask for your patience. This applies even if you have selected express shipping.
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once your order has been placed — so make sure everything’s perfect before hitting “complete order.”

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Please check all areas of your property: letterboxes (especially if you live in an apartment as our packages can be small), mailroom, front porch, behind pot plants etc
- If still not found, please lodge a case with Australia Post to obtain a photo as to where it was delivered to (particularly if it was ‘Left in a safe place’). Please also let us know via email so we can assist in following up.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Please check all areas of your property: letterboxes (especially if you live in an apartment as our packages can be small), mailroom, front porch, behind pot plants etc
- If still not found, identify who is your local post service. We use ‘Australia Post’ to export packages however, once it has left Australia, your local postal service is responsible for the final delivery. Follow further steps below:
Use the same tracking number and enter your tracking via your local postal service website for accurate updates. You can also initiate online chats with most of them to follow up on packages and determine where they left the package:
- Please check your junk or spam folder first
- If you still can't find out, please fill in the contact form or email us.
- Please avoid using the contact form and FB/IG to ensure requests are not duplicated.

Yes we do! We hold a variety of gold hardware pieces of various sizes to ensure there is a replacement part for all styles we release.
Please get in touch with our team via the contact form below and we'll ship out replacement parts at no cost.

We stand by this policy regardless of when you purchased the product. That's our committment to quality.
Unfortunately we can not under declare items on the customs form as these are legally binding documents. If we are randomly audited, we do not want to be placed in a position that jeopardises our business.
Please familiarise yourself with the customs/duties payable for your country if applicable.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
- Please firstly check your tracking details to determine what the last scan is
- If it states ‘Ready for processing’, contact us immediately.
- If it states ‘Delivered’ but you have not received it, please lodge a case with Australia Post to obtain a photo as to where it was delivered to (particularly if it was ‘Left in a safe place’). Please also let us know via email so we can assist in following up.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Please firstly check your tracking details to determine what the last scan was
- If it states ‘In transit to next facility in SYDNEY WEST NSW’ for over 7 days, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an investigation
- If it states ‘Cleared and awaiting international departure’, please allow another 5-7 days for the item to be placed on a flight. The next scan should state ‘Flight Departed’.
- If it states ‘Delivered’ but you have not received it, please identify who is your local post authority. We use ‘Australia Post’ to export packages however, once it has left Australia, your local postal service is responsible for the final delivery. Follow further steps below:

Exchange postage labels are created manually by us so please allow up to 24 hours to receive them. We hope we are big enough to one day have these labels automated!

We don’t have a store right now but we do offer super flexible 14 day refunds/exchanges if you choose to purchase two sizes so you can try them at home. Just keep the mailing satchel to return the item you don’t wish to keep.

We absolutely understand the perks of ‘buy now and pay later’ but our values lie with healthy spending habits. We don’t want anyone spending above their means so we currently only offer traditionally payment methods.
Almost all our pole wear is made from general swimwear fabric (85% Nylon and 15% Elastane) however, the key difference is that all pieces are made with two layers of fabric.
This just means it’s slightly heavier in water if you don’t mind. Also please note the gold hardware on detailing on some pieces – when exposed to lots of chlorine or salt water over time, it may change colour a little.
