1. KNOW YOUR DUTIES BEFORE YOU ORDER
Duties will be simply calculated at 20% of the total price of your items (excluding shipping) + $5 AUD.
So for example, if you purchase a pair of our Black Ultimate Knee Pads which cost $130 AUD..
(20% of $130 AUD) + $5 AUD = $31 AUD
*Note this calculation will be applicable for both pole wear, knee pads and grip.
2. CHOOSE SHIPPING THAT WORKS FOR YOU
At checkout, you will see three shipping options. Choose the one that works best for you:
- $20 AUD Standard Shipping via Australia Post
- We will issue a duties invoice to your e-mail upon receipt of your order. Once paid, your order will be dispatched.
- Delivery window: 5-14 business days
- $40 AUD Express Shipping via Australia Post
- We will issue a duties invoice to your e-mail upon receipt of your order. Once paid, your order will be dispatched.
- Delivery window: 3-7 business days
- $70 AUD Express Shipping via DHL
- Fastest option. Slightly more expensive (due to processing fees). Duties will be payable with DHL (not us).
- Delivery window: 3-4 business days
3. WAIT FOR OUR DUTIES INVOICE
You will receive an invoice with a payment link within 24 hours of placing your order (please check your spam folder).
Once your duties are paid, we dispatch your parcel right away.
There’s nothing else to settle on arrival. We handle all backend billing so the process stays smooth and stress-free for you.

Their pricing reflects faster delivery times, door-to-door tracking, and hands-on customs clearance.Unlike Australia Post, DHL pre-pays duties and taxes on your behalf, clears parcels through customs immediately, and then charges those fees back to the receiver—plus a small processing fee. This means fewer delays, but higher upfront costs.
DHL can be roughly calculated as 20% duties plus an additional $20-30 AUD in processing fees.
